This adventure session on the coast of Maine with these two BABES was what dreams are made of. Their color-coordinated outfits, their giggly smiles but also their perfect model-expressions, the stunning coast of Maine, just – everything. Everything was perfect. They’re perfect.

Maria and Ned’s adventure session near Portland, Maine was a last-minute, spontaneous decision, but you know what? All of my favorite adventures are. I was in the area exploring Acadia National Park before heading down for some shoots in Cape Cod when I met up with them at this beautiful park, just in time for sunset. The two of them spend a lot of time at this park, watching the waves crash on the rocks and the sailboats drift into the bay. Ned actually works on one of those boats, and Maria is a poet, singer, and artist. Ya know, basically the dream couple.

Adventure Sessions are the perfect way to show your personalities. Why?

Being in a familiar environment like your favorite park or trail allows you to be comfortable in your surroundings. When you are comfortable, you are more likely to relax more and let your true personalities shine through, which is what I want to document.
If the adventure you choose is something you do together often, it’s the perfect way to tell your story as it actually is, rather than just going through a list of generic poses in a random location. The adventure doesn’t have to be anything huge, it can be exploring your local park, reading together at your local beach, cooking together in your own kitchen, or, of course, it can be a huge epic adventure. As that one song on TikTok says, “I will love you either way.”
