At the picturesque Foxhall Resort, I recently had the opportunity to capture the beautiful love story of Chantelle and Junior—a couple with a vision for a vibrant celebration against the rustic backdrop of the venue. Little did we anticipate the unexpected twist nature had in store for us.

As I approached Foxhall Resort, the attention to detail was evident, setting the stage for what would be an unforgettable day. Unfortunately, a sudden patch of rain threatened to disrupt the outdoor ceremony, challenging the couple’s plans.

Enter the unsung heroes of the day—wedding planner Madelyn Tenney and her team. In a remarkable display of organizational skill, they swiftly relocated the entire ceremony indoors in just seven minutes. Legacy Lookout may have been rain-soaked, but the resilience of Chantelle and Junior’s dreams remained intact.

The indoor ceremony space was transformed into an enchanting haven, with flickering candles and abundant flowers creating an intimate atmosphere. The change of plans only intensified the emotions as Chantelle and Junior exchanged vows surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight and fragrant blooms.

The reception in the elegant ballroom embraced a kaleidoscope of color, featuring bold floral arrangements and modern décor that brought a contemporary touch to the celebration. The rain, initially unwelcome, added a unique charm to the day.
